One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note that a pet addendum must be completed prior to your arrival. This addendum will outline all the rules and regulations surrounding pet ownership on the property, including any associated fees ($100/per pet per stay, max - 2 pets).

The property adheres to Kidder Township regulations and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests without any additional charges.

To ensure safety and security, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any unauthorized guests may result in the reservation being canceled.

According to the Kidder Township noise ordinance, quiet hours are in effect from 11 PM to 7 AM, and failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will incur a $300 fine in addition to the cleaning fee. Should there be any lingering tobacco or cannabis smell after your departure, an extra smoke remediation cleaning fee will be applied.

Please note that the use of oil lamps and incense is not permitted due to the long-lasting odor they may leave behind. Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional charge for excessive cleaning.
